I just saw these guys, they're so cute! Doubt they'll be tamable, but one can dream!

I really like them.
They definitely won't be tameable. They're a humanoid race, and they use the male Worgen skeleton.
I just like them though because they're awesome lizard men! I hope we see more of them, they're really neat, and I want to learn more about their race.

Well I can tell you the Mogu made them to work as warriors or something like that.

I hate them. Packs of them kept wandering up and killing my poor bear while I was trying to get screenshots yesterday
