I have a poltergeist problem. He loves to steal my things from me, the more important, the more likely he will steal it. I've tried hiding the item, he still finds it. I've tired commanding him to give it back, he doesn't. same with asking. I don't want him to go (as at times, it does keep my life interesting) But I would like him to at least give me back the thing I ask for, with in a reasonable amount of time. Of the things he's stolen that's really irked me, are: My homework (plenty of times), My lunch money, and now currently, (which is still missing,) my authenticator, for logging into Wow. I sent a friend a scroll of resurrection, but since he took my authenticator, I can't get it yet. Help, please?

Well, in the case of the authenticator, you could always unlink your account from the authenticator....except that would require logging into your account...you could try contacting Blizzard and see if they can help any. :/

Thearten to bring crosses and a priest into the house? I'm not sure what to say my ghosts don't care about my things they just like to keep me awake at night. I have one that loves to whisper in my ear just as I'm drifting off another loves to touch or move my sheets so my big feet are sticking out from under the covers.

Oh, and as for the ghost, I third the Ghostbusters call.

Ok, Ok, you guys are very funny. Ghostbusters (watch it!) and Supernatural (also watch it) I do have other ghosts in the house, and in the upstairs bathroom, and one in the down stairs lazy-Susan (the turning thingy), but they don't cause much of a problem. it's only the poltergeist. I might try the idea the the threat though, (I'd make it slightly different, I don't believe in A god, I believe in the Olympian gods. no offense is taken by the comment.)

Threaten to sic Cerberus on it then.

Normally ghosts will be more afraid of a native god, or a god that has power in the area (one that's frequently worshiped in the area).

Sounds like one we had in the house I grew up in. Liked to swap things aroung (ie hammer in the soap dish in the tub and soap in the tool box) though "she" usually switched things back or gave back taken things after a short period, or when we asked nicely. We researched up on where we lived to try to learn the history of the land and any houses that had been build on it before. Helped us understand more of who and what was also sharing the house with us.

Maybe a bit of research might pull up some helpful info on whats happened where you live, might help get an idea of why your poltergiest might be acting out this way.
