Flametalon of Alysrazor

First kill of Alysrazor on Zorikune (not first time in raid, have alts who ran it more than once), and the mount drops. I am a happy camper.

Damn, nice! How do you find the raids to do these? On my realm they demand you have the achievement before going, which I think is so stupid because no one new will ever get the achievement that way. :/ Do you use that real ID raiding website (Can't remember the name of it. >.<) or do you just have an awesome guild who does these things?

My guild leader does this every monday, and if we get some good people, we do heroics. We did Heroic Beth, Rhyolith, and Shannox yesterday.
