There's a way to make the other player's debuffs be shown again. Go to your interface options and select "Buffs and Debuffs" (I think that's what it's called in English) and there's an option "show all enemy debuffs". Mine always is tagged, but I can only see my party members' debuffs when untagging and tagging the "show all enemy debuffs" again. I have to do it on some toons (which is strange because all toons use the same addons) and I have to do it with every logg in. But at least I can see stuns, traps and everything else again.
To me it seems that my newer toons (those created after Cata hit) don't have the problem, but my older toons that were made before Cata can't see the buffs/debuffs without doing the interface options detour.
