FITE PORCUPINE FITE!

We decided these animals shouldn't be boars anymore, but they will be tameable. Silkworms can be worms. Porcupines can be their own family.

D'awww....there were many hunters who posted in that thread, and other porcupine positive threads I've posted. And one druid, who supported us even though he doesn't have a hunter, lol.

I think he meant that they'll get rolled into the "Worm" family instead of the "Boar" family

Now all we need is for Armadillos to be made tameable. (Since they fit in well with Porcupines xD)

Silkworms, as much as I love butterflies, the silkworm models are a bit... bad to me. Like, I play on minimum settings, and I'm seeing screenshots of them at ultra and they look pretty horrible. :S They look adorable, but very pixelated.

I'm -hoping- that's just due to the pet size bug.

The topic was about silkworms and porcupines. "We decided these animals shouldn't be boars anymore, but they will be tameable" He was clearly referring to both of them, hence "these animals."

He was simply saying Silkworms will be in the worms family (not moths like people previously assumed), and that porcupines will be their own.

Also, they look silly because they get sized to like.. 4-5 times their normal size? If they are the size of a worgen pet or so, they can look just fine.

I took his silkworm comment as a "they are tamable perm as well" deal.

I'm actually hoping they shrink down to the stable size.

Matches the size of what I'd expect a caterpillar to be in WoW.

Yay, grats to everyone who wants a porcupine!! The sad googly eyes worked.

I do think though that they're gonna have to spiff up the silkworms a bit if they're going to be hunter pets. Even at a smaller size they still need a lot more detail.
