So uhm.

I just noticed that pet names are wayyyyyy above the quilen's cat form....but they'd be at the correct height for the worg form.

I don't know if that means anything, but there you have it. :)

I think the idea that the stone skins should have the worg skeleton and the organic skins should have the cat skeleton is a great idea, that why if you the way one moves but not the other you have a choice, (also the cat skeleton doesn't have "stand up straight" animation so all those still standing statues are going to look funny)

The more I sit with Hippomenes, the more I regret obligatory "cat yawn" on the quilen. Organic or not, I'd take them all on the worg skeleton just to avoid that. >_<

Oh hell yes. I'm surprised they still have cats yawn about every 10 seconds. Same as the tiger cub model that says "RUuuunnggg!" every 10 seconds or so. It was cute for a while, but...

Yeah, I'm still not thrilled that Atalanta does it, but at least she doesn't sound like.....this. -_-

I do like the standing position of the Quilen with the Worg skeleton, but the other animations were very broken. The attack most of all. Something with a face like that should be using claws more then fangs. It was like watching my persian cats try to eat a bug on a window 9_9 Their flat faces just can't seem to do the trick! xD

I really hope they go back to the worg skeleton. Quilen/Shisa are more canid than felid and look a lot better with the upright stance, like the alert and stoic guardians they are.

The worg stance also reminds me of Entei.

what?
But it works so well in the worg skelleton!! and its chubby and cute in that one too!
we have enough cats to use that skelleton. The worg one made it slightly more unique.

While this feature of the Grimtotem Spirit Guide wasn't exactly intended... - it will still be possible in future for everyone who wishes to tame this NPC to do so

Aww. really? I thought they looked so cool and the worg/mastiff skeleton made me go from "will probably never tame" to "do want so very much".

I hope it's a bug and like with many other patches before, it is a temporary rollback in information or something like that.

I'm not too worried. Even if the worg skeleton was unintentional, I'm sure Blizz will see that there's a clear preference for it. Even a lot of people who like the cat skeleton would still choose the worg skeleton if they were pressed to make a decision. Hopefully that will make a difference.

This is somewhat unrelated, but I was sitting around with Hippomenes (fretting, again...sigh) and cast his crit buff for funsies....and noticed that it lasted two minutes. That's up from one minute. I'm not sure how long that change has been in, but it makes our pets more like players. :D Gogo longer-lasting buffs!
