Anyone used to play sega? (game name help)

Okay, so I'm trying to remember the name of 2 specific sega games... If anyone can help me out here.. that would be awesome.

The first: You're an airplane, it's top down, and it scrolls so that you're flying towards the top of the screen. You get upgrades for your weapons, and you can change your weapon type.. or just keep upgrading the same one (I remember at least one weapon type when fully upgraded almost covered the whole screen). You also got bombs to blow everything up...

The other... You build castles (or rather, walls), and you have a certain number of time to place your blocks. Then you get a bit more time to place canons. And then it's time to fire. And you try to kill the pirate ships, and if they land, pirates that look like ants come out to attack your walls and the castles (there's like.. 4 or 5 per map and if you lose them all, you lose) That one has a multiplayer version as well, and I seem to remember it having a weird name...

For the first: TOUHOU! Wait no that's not sega... and that's with magic girls not planes. Uhm... huh?
Is it possibly Aero Fighters, or something?

The second one I have no idea. :U

Now I just need the 2nd... Anyone able to help? I LOVED that game when I was younger. Must find it!

Figured out the name of the 2nd game! I KNEW it started with an "R".. RAMPART!

I was always partial to Golden Axe and Battletoads-Double Dragon (the game with BOTH Battletoads and the Double Dragon guys!)

Golden axe is another favourite from my childhood. Haha, used to go play it with my neighbour, and we'd actually voice roleplay our characters while we were doing it >.>
