While flying out from Orgrimmar the other day I chanced upon a peculiar sight...

Could this be the vanguard of a flying spider attack fleet?? I promptly radio'ed the threat in to Horde high command.

Amidst random noises that sounded like snickers and snerks, I was instructed to observe the intruder but by no means engage, and await imminent reinforcements. >.>

A staring contest ensues... by Thrall's Big Brass Balls* where is my backup??? Wait - maybe the Deepmoss invasion has started already - I must get back to save the city!

*The ones around his neck, of course! 8O

Looks like someone bugged this spider, they are well known for this, then took the zeppelin to Stranglethorn. Since the spider only follows you on one continent, if you zone to another it will wait there until you come back. These spiders will even say put where you logged off from and if no one kills them by the time you log back on they will still be there waiting!

Actually it makes a little TOO much sense. I suspect it's really a trick to lull us into a false sense of safety and get the Orgrimmar anti-aircraft gunners to stand down...
