New model this patch but unfortunately no skin yet. At least not that I can find. I wonder if he'll be a JC minipet or something:
It's all very late 70s / early 80s disco
He even has a jewel earring

Binds when picked up
Requires Engineering (600)
Item Level 87
Use: Assembles the incredible Blingtron 4000, a robot of infinite wealth. Bling, as he likes to be called, will give out a random gift to anyone who talks to him, but only once per day. Lasts 10 min. (4 Hrs Cooldown)

Oh good point! That'd have to be it. The jeweled thing had me thinking it might be JC. Ah well
Can't wait to see what he looks like with his skin on.

Even tho it's not a JC thing it's bound to use gems in making it!
