Challenge is simple, find a set that looks good on them, where their... err... girth... is not so prevalent. Go ahead.. I dare ya.
I spent some time on Wowhead trying things out, and it's gonna be more work than I thought.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I've just tied out some premade mogs from wowhead, and my pandaren hunt look so effing cute and adorable XD

The bulge says it all... I think the biggest problem is the lack of distinction at the waistline, looks like a balloon. Tabards are in order...

I actually designed that for Panda Galaxy, but, it looks alright on a male, too..

The male pandaren's certainly is a distinct look, and one that alot of the existing armor models obviously were not designed for, so I suspect even among those (like myself) who pushed for the heavyset look, many will still take some time to acclimate.
Most likely (and unsurprisingly), many if not most of the best mog looks for a male pandaren will therefore come from the new MoP armor models.

If Tuskarr would ever be playable, THAT is the way to mog as one XD

Yup it works equally well for any heavy build model.

Here he is with the polished regimental hauberk; I'd originally avoided using the same chest as I prefer to mix things up, but in this case more seems to be better:

Found anything in the way of robes/skirts that looks good? Just curious.

I like what you're doing here. ^_^

Hee, nifty! Was just wondering if the males could look at all decent in them, since the women wear everything well.

Hee, like dwarven men, only slightly rounder.
Thanks, Worba! I'm rolling female pandas myself; just curious.

Not bad at all. Nice job!
The helm looks decent on them, and the lines of the chest help break up the roundness.
The problem so many of the other sets have is that the belt doesn't stand out on them, looks flat.
