The Mountain Yaks in Kun-Lai Summit are tamable as well, just tamed one.
Edit: The Young Mountain Yaks that follow the big Mountain Yaks are tamable as well.

There's a yak called Ridge Yak stated to be in Kun'lai Summmit at level 85....I can't seem to find them though. Anyone have recollection of them if they still exist? :3
