Just an idle thought, but one of the beast skins I utterly love, and have never seen in-game aside from one guy on a Vanilla mount. I'd LOVE to see this skin on a regular raptor model, tameable as a pet. I don't know how hard it would be to do but damn.

I've tried to make a "harnessless" raptor riding model and I've created a texture off of the white skin that has no harness graphics on it. I simply slapped the edited skin on the normal model and got this. I can try to see what using just the unedited skin will do.

With no edits what so ever to the actual mount skin it will come out like this when put on the regular raptor model. Here's also the attempt at a "feral" version of the mount model. The saddle is part of the polygon mesh so they'd have to edit that bit out as well as do some painting to the skin texture like I did.

I would love these raptors to be tamable in general. Love the iguana heads. But that white is nice on a regular raptor too.

I just beast lored them and they are still tameable. Hopefully they will keep it since we do have armored puppies anyways and id for sure tame one of these as my raptor pet especially the red one if the raptor mount ever decides to drop for me lol

That's a nice clean-up of the raptor skin to remove the harness. Thanks for showing us that It'd look great as a wild beast.

I asked Noah about them, but he hasn't replied about that issue. At least he's aware of them, so if they remain tameable then I guess it's intended I mentioned it to him in the context of suggesting the Drakkari Raptor Mount in DTK (as far as I know they're the only other free-standing mount NPC that isn't friendly). So if it's intentional we can hope we get another one as well.

I would LOVE to have the white available. It's my favourite skin along with the red riding raptors.

Thank you Wain! It's a humbling compliment coming from you as I would know nothing about editing skins if it weren't for your guiding. It would definitely be mind blowing to see my skin edit as a wild beast in game. It was already satisfying to see a wild white raptor in motion on WMV.

yeah an albino raptor would be very neat.
