So this is one of my favorite transmog sets thus far. It's obnoxiously bright, but the colors somehow work on my orc, I think. I'm sure others could come up with somewhat better pieces here & there, and the melee weapon, Halberd of Smiting, is no longer in-game--Lantresor's Warblade or Flame Wrath (polearm) or Damnation or Abracadaver (staff) all work in its place. For the gun, if you prefer a bow (as I do), Heart Striker is an excellent choice (it hasn't dropped for me yet!). If you want to do this as Alliance, you will need to go tabard-less or find another suitable tabard.

This set looks great on many hunters, and should also be fully attainable for shamans. It looks good with Red Proto-Drake, Red Drake, Black Drake, Crimson Deathcharger, War Raptor, War Wolf, and more; and for pets, the red hyena, Terrorpene and armored wolf all look awesome.

I'm super happy to finally have a transmog set that actually matches this mount--and when I'm using my Karoma (Shiver), the legs of the horse bring the wolf together with the set.

I'm not usually a fan of the color red, but I had the scarlet set, and the onyx-embedded legguards, and when I threw the Scarlet set on for a joke and then swapped out those legs, the idea took shape. I'm not an enormous fan of the boots, but there doesn't seem to be a better black or red choice that fits the hues already in the set! If anyone can come up with better boots let me know

Also, I really like the Bloodlust Boots & Ironhide Greaves. On an orc it doesn't work so well, though--that model doesn't cover her skin (the pants stop short at midcalf on the sides). And we know what orc calves are like. I think on a blood elf or anything with a more neutral (i.e. non-green/blue) skin tone, it would look awesome. Nevertheless I'm going to keep my eyes open for them and try them out if they become available, because they are gorgeous >.>

I'd actually love to see this set on a tan, black or reddish-brown female tauren! And if only regular orcs could take that dusky Blackrock-style black-gray DK-only skintone

EDIT--checked it out with the comparison tool in modelviewer. Looks pretty epic on most anything without blue skin
