question about skarr

So.. I have to do the 85 quests in mt hyjal to get into the daily area and i can get him right... theres also the spider i want there for pvp.
so i have to enter the daily area right.... or do i need to do all 115 quests

Yes you have to do whole quest line to get into the molten front as all of that is phased.

Edit: Or am I misunderstanding what you mean by the daily quests? Sorry just reread what you said. 
If you can get into the molten front you can get the spider and Skarr. If you cannot then you have to complete the quest line to do that.

As soon as you've done the quest with Malfurion to establish a foothold in the Molten Front, you should be able to get your spider and Skarr. Just keep in mind that you'll have to skirt the edge of the fire - the outside edge - to get up to the platforms. If you try to run up through the middle, you'll die.

If you are just starting Mount Hyjal, you must complete the quests to the point of getting the dailies activated. You do not have to do all of the Mount Hyjal Quests. Once there, you must do the dailies to open up Molten Front. As stated before I don't think you have to do the molten front dailies to get to the sections each are in.

Once you free the four leaders, thus unphasing the area around where Ban'thalos spawns, you'll be able to quest to unlock the Front.
