...what would you like to see as tameable rare-spawns for this first tier of the xpac? I'd really like:

Spirit-beast Quillen
Waterstrider
Mantidtank
Rhino

I think we need some Rhino love. I'm currently messing around with a spreadsheet list of all my pets and I'm missing a Rhino. They're just so bland.

Assuming it has to be a model currently tameable, then basilisk. The unused purple one

And either the purple or amber stone tigers. Not because they're my favourite colours (they aren't) but both would be very fitting. The amber along with all the other amber beasts in DW, and the amethyst as a "purple jade" rare in JF.

I know he's technically a "hippo" but there isn't any hippo npcs in wow yet.

Going strictly by Pandarian models that already exist in the database:

- I'm almost positive this tiger skin is going to show up as a rare regardless, but I'll hope for it anyways since I know many people want it!
- I really hope they give the "epic" finned models to turtle rares (I want this skin in particular for myself).
- I would love to see this cobalt skin make it in as a rare. I think it might be my favourite quilen colour.
- I want this red model. :3
- Any of the mantid tank skins would be lovely additions to the Silithid family.

I want a yak, it could be a black yak amongst a herd of goats, they could name it Billy-the-yak instead of billy the goat. Yes.. yes I do want a yak that badly

Yaks ARE the best. Maybe if you send the designer in charge some presents???

They should have a rare Deer (Tamable as a Goat, which should really be renamed Ruminants) with the Horde Travel Form Skin named Cervus Elaphus, the Eater of Birds. If you want a full explanation of what that's referencing too, then ask away!

I want a rare raptor so badly! A white one would be amazing. Like, a white raptor with the riding model without the saddle. Or the orange-ish one. I love Raptors so much.

Hello. This is Noah again! I'd like that mailed to Ontario, Canada...

I guess nobody is gonna ask what the named Cervus Elaphus, the Eater of Birds references too... oh well. I'll just explain it anyways.

Reference #1: His skin, which would be the Horde Stag Travel Form Skin, is that because of the NPC's bird eating ways. I, in the thread that showed some mount updates and the new Travel Form Stag models, explained that the tusk of the Horde Travel Form, if it was a species in World of Warcraft, would use them to kill their prey.
Reference #2: Cervus Elaphus is the scientific name of the Red Deer.
Reference #3: Red Deer in Scotland have on record eaten the chicks of Shearwaters because of a deficiency of a certain vitamin in their natural food. Most of the deer population, if not all, eats the Shearwater Chicks at night time because the Shearwater Parents are out at sea looking for food.
