I love you.
I love your little screeches and hoots and the menagerie of other noises that you make when attacking.
I do not, however, love the krick that you have in your back.

I know there have probably been a million threads that moan and complain about the monkey's unfortunate model fault but here's to a small hope that one day they can steal enough money from unwitting travelers (not to mention the funny little hunters who tame them!) to go take a family group visit to the chiropractors.

This is me, nitpicking a pet family at 1:30am when I really should be sleeping because I have senior pictures to be taken today but I must ask this of all you:

Is there that one thing in a certain family that just keeps you from taming it? Whether it be limited color variation or just the model in general?

Its the way they run. I like the monkeys. I would like to have one. I've tried countless times. But I can't get back the twitchy crab seizure run.

Hyenas. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE hyenas. They're probably my favorite kind of pet, hands down. They're so cute, with their round little ears and their funny muddy legs…

But that neck. The way it stretches their mane, and gives them a huge check tumor/broken model. It totally removes the image I had of them, that happy, energetic creature that held it's head up, ready for action. Now it looks like a beaten bulldog.

Oh well. I'm not the only one who dislikes it, but lots of people like the change too. *Shrugs*

This didn't die because I totally didn't forget about it, nope.

Oh lord, yes. I loved the hyenas far more when they didn't have that broken neck of theirs... Blizz, y u make some models so much worse?

The original model of the cats, such as the ghost saber (the first "rare" I went out of my way to get). I had one, but it's boxy looking head just put me right off it :/

I actually don't mind that cat model all that much (now the riding cat model, with its disjointed lower jaw, on the other hand...)

Foxes look amazing. They're adorable and I love them IRL.

I cannot stand them sized up to pet size though. It's *creepy* to me. Their eyes, so beady... even with the smaller pets glyph I just can't handle it. I've tried and tried but I just won't ever have a pet fox. u.u

That explainable black line running down all Terrorbird necks.

AGHHGUAEIH yesss that stupid black line! I don't know why I didn't think of that one. I hate it so much.

I've never actually had a problem with the fox eyes... The noises that they make while attacking, however, tend to make me wince every time I'm close enough to actually hear them fighting. I don't know what it is, either...

I can get over the line as long as I don't stare at my bird's neck all the time xD
I can't stand the ridges on the tails of the carrion birds though. No matter what I do, they bug the everliving hell out of me for some reason.

HYENAS WHYYYY

Okay done.

Monkeys broken back, hyenas broken...run (I miss their old skeleton positions ), Tallstriders black neck stripe and new run (seriously it looks like they're being dragged by the neck and trying desperately to keep up), and I can keep foxes as pets, but I can't watch them run, because their backs are just so broken....
Also old world lions and the way their head and shoulders look when they run.... which is a shame because I liek the model. >_<

Those bottom teeth. They are not cut out from the background of the skin. It's just one big block. The other cat models do not have this problem at all.

Troll druid cat form has the same problem but on the end of the braids and the beard. Same with the old world crabs with their mouth and the right claw. Drives me nuts.
