Leveling just got a whole lot harder... (and dangit, I was almost at 88)

So, a lot more work for each level up. Of course, they may have had it low to begin with to get people to 90 to test, and may have enough there, or perhaps they thought that everyone was getting there too fast...

We might be missing Brewfest afterall...

I guess I'm not too surprised. When I levelled Mhu on the beta a lot of quests weren't even available yet, but I reached 90 way, WAY before getting the zones done. I expected to not reach 90 till the final zone at least. Hopefully it's not too hard to reach 90 before Brewfest though!

Yeah. Shame they couldn't have an 85 and a 90 version of the boss this year. At least for those who are still after the mounts. It's just unfortunate timing.

Still, Brewfest is my favourite festival and I'm looking forward to seeing if the Pandaren contribute anything to it. It'd certainly be expected

I'm sure they will, since Pandaren are every bit the drinker's that dwarves are. (And in Dave Kosak's Words - Better Drinkers than the dwarves. Blasphemy!)

Ugh.. Hope it won't be more work than getting 80-85.. If I can do it in a matter of three days, four if I slack, I'll be happy. Three-four days, 6-8 hours a day sounds ok.

Guess my Brewfest Ram will have to wait till next year. :/

I was lucky and got the Kodo on both my hunter AND my druid last year.

It is sad about the Brewfest boss but 85-90 went way too fast IMO. I'm glad that didn't make it to live that way.

This won't affect my main terribly much, I always do Loremaster of a new continent.

My 12986324983724 alts, however, are weeping.

hope I will still have a shot at brewfest, even though I have on of each mount, spread on two alts. I will get them on my main when mop hits, but I'd like to see them drop.

I was mostly after the trinkets, but, given the new leveling requirements, and given the weak stats of the trinkets in general, and the availability of the LFR trinkets, I'm not gonna knock myself out trying to get to 90 in time.

I'm also wondering if the Kodo (which I have) and Ram (which I don't) are account wide... will have to check to make sure when Panda launches.

I'm sure they had leveling easier to get some of you to 90 for testing.

They are currently on the beta, at least. Hopefully that's what they intend.

Pretty sure the Brewfest boss like all holiday bosses will be able to be done by level 89s.
