Yep! they scale with level though. Couldnt get my Champion of the Frozen Wastes or Kingslayer on anything below lvl 80

Does that apply to retired titles as well? If so, all my characters can be Scouts!

I just checked my titles on a high level alt. No PvP titles carried over. But mine are from rated battlegrounds, rather than the previously retired version.

Anything PvP related isn't account wide, so PvP mounts and titles don't carry over, but on the bright side I was happy to find out rep-based mounts (Netherwing, city rep mounts etc) are all account wide now

Honor bought does carry over, just to clarify. My black war meow and war woof are both accountwide for their respective factions.

^ Yarp! It seems that the guild ground mount (scorpion/lion), city faction mounts, and pvp mounts that are tied specifically to alliance and horde dont swap between the factions. I have a sleigh of ally side pvp mounts on all my chars, including the golden king from the guild, but i dont have their horde versions on my horde side chars. But um, it was confirmed somewhere the old vanilla pvp titles werent account-wide but i dont know about the current pvp titles (if there are any?)
