I am sad lately and I need a new friend. I would like to get suggestions on what lovely Petopians think I should try taming. You all seem to have a knack for finding "the one" and I was hoping with a little help I could find mine. No-one in my stables seems to be doing it for me lately.


This is my armory. Here is my stable.

Just any suggestion you think would be good.. I am kind of desperate. I will even give one in my stable a second chance if you think it would work. I am currently survival but would be more than willing to spec back into BM.

And if you feel like BM, how about one of the new water striders? The Black Stalker is striking, and water walking will be very handy in Pandaria:

IMHO, Duskbat from Deathglenn (undead starting zone). They make sound when clicked and kind of fit in with your worgen and transmorg persona.

Why not a basilisk? The white and blue one looks stunning in my opinion.

Try stabling all your pets so you have five empty slots. Fly around, tame anything that makes you smile. Send it after a few mobs nearby, run around with it, go walking - that's how I've found most of my favorite pets. Sorry if this isn't very helpful, I know it's not a specific pet =S

Try the Random Pet Challenge [v4.0] you can find it in the show&tell forum.

It is great fun. Sometimes you might not like what you get, other times they grow on you. I also enjoy reading about what others think. I tames several pets I never would of thought of before with it.

I would suggest looking at the gorilla skins and in particular the red furred gorilla.

Since rhinos have been able to be ferocity, I've gotten a hoot out of mine. I suggest learning lynx rush. When you're fighting a group of enemies and use that skill, it's the most lulz worthy thing I've seen in a long time. Plus, who doesn't like to punt a random mon/player once in a while?

Wish I could time good screen shots, but during Ragnaros yesterday, popping lynx rush on him made my rhino lunge thru the air into his chest. Freakin epic!

I like loading the Petopia gallery of screenshots and scrolling through to see what catches my eye, or I browse the unique and special pets gallery.

One of my personal favourite pets (though I rarely use him) is this guy:



Specifically the Prairie Wolf (level 5-6) from Mulgore because he barks when you click on him! Which has made me smile on more than one occasion.

I really like my pet sporebat, Turd! He's always a fun pet and people seem to like to "point" and "laugh" at him. He gets a lot of interatction. The other pets I like are the ones that remind me of pets I have/had in real life. Tyr finding one that reminds your of a pet you have/had and name it after that pet. I love my pets I have that i tamed for that reason.
