Full list of changes implemeted in the patch?

Is there a full list of everything that happened in the patch?
I was just surprised a moment ago to see that I could make an 11th character-I was going to switch the realm I was on to see if I could make a toon with an accented name (I could!), and saw that I had a create a character option at the bottom of my list of ten on my main realm. I didn't think that option would go live until MoP.
And its not just a button that is sitting there-I was able to use it to create a new toon. The updated create a character screen is amazing.
