Spawn timers?

Has anyone discovered the spawn timers for these new 'rares'? I had Savage in my sights and some very underhanded punk stole her out from under me. so much for ediqute on pets on my server.
a direction to the right post would be helpful,

Currently, I think it's closer to the 2-hour end of it. I was trying to get the red skin for Portent yesterday and he was up every 2 hours on the dot. I only had to find him 5 times before it was finally red.

I have tracked 7 consecutive Portents, and I am seeing 1h 45min to 2h 30min timers.
Green, Green, Red, Green, Purple, Red, Green
