Of goats and sheep

Not quite sure if this should go in this forum but...I am really enjoying my goat but there is one thing that is bugging me a bit about the model... mostly it is the tail(and the way the front legs bend oddly when it runs). I can't seem to think of my goat as a goat because of its tail. A goat's tail is turned up while a sheep's tail flops down. I almost feel like the model needs a short turned up tail. What do you guys think?

Just a quick reference pic of what i mean.

I adore sheep so i had to do a black faced sheep version while i was at it.... because the tail of the current model reminds me of a sheep's tail.

I do love the current model but it just makes me think of a goat/sheep hybrid.

That's obviously just how goats are in Azeroth, much like how the crabs have four legs.

Hee, I can see what you're saying, but I guess it doesn't really bother me. No more than crocodiles having 6 legs or anything. :)

Water striders only have four legs, too, despite being insects (presumably in the game as in RL). They take a lot of artistic liberty with Azerothian beasts :)

I do love the look of the goat with the perky tail, though. Nice job!

And all Azerothian cats (excluding domestic ones) have saber-teeth.

The point is, WoW isn't exactly real life. If a cobra wants to have fins and position itself erect with its hood exposed 24/7, then by golly I say let 'em. XD

Heh, you said "erect".
