I now have three Quilens tamed and I can't decide which I like best. The first one I got was a Terracotta Guardian from Moguisha in KunLai Summit. I really like the organic look, red skin, and blue mane. Then I tamed the green Portent and he is the one I think goes best with the Imperial Quillen Mount. I then found more tracks last night, and discovered the cobalt Portent and I had to get him too. I love the bronze/red highlights and his red eyes. I'm thinking three slots used is too much but I just can't decide which one might go. I'm leaning towards green Portent at this time as the loser. WE NEED MORE SLOTS !!

Green Portent named Shishi (Chinese for stone lion)


Cobalt Portent named Ruishi (Chinese for bold or auspicious lion)

I agree there. Though the cobalt one kind of matches your mane too. If you were wearing an earthy red transmog set then either would match, I think.

Aesthetically I like the red and cobalt ones with your character.

The red one matches your toon almost perfectly. However, I'm very partial to the green one. In fact, I ditched the cobalt one that I had tamed previously just so I can tame the green.

I would say the red one, or if you are still not sure, get red Portent and see what you like more. There are some differences between the red quilen and red portent that you may prefer!

I'm partial to the Cobalt Portent but the red looks best with your toon, IMO. They're all gorgeous though!

I find myself using the Cobalt Portent the most. He's just so awesome looking with the red/bronze highlighting and the red eyes. I like the red organic one too but the Cobalt just looks meaner. Green Portent is in my stables now and will probably be dumped eventually.
