So, I was looking at quilen and saw that there was one named Yao in Kun Lai Summit. No instance, no...trying to figure out what is going on with those Terracotta Guardians. Piece of cake, right? Not so much. I can't find any info on him, but I figured he couldn't be THAT hard to to find. But....a friend and I searched for him for hours last night and never found him. He's not a rare, he doesn't appear to be part of a quest or in an instance. Does anyone have information on him? http://www.wowhead.com/npc=61306

He's part of a quest chain.
After climbing the summit, you are tasked with gaurding a Pandarian while he meditates. Then a General will attack with both Yao and Yachi

People do that quest fairly frequently. If you wait patiently someone will hopefully trigger it. A mogu and his two quilen spawn and attack the quester. You can pull one of the quilen if you're quick, then tame it. The quester doesn't need to kill the quilen for the quest so you wouldn't be ruining anything.

The Terracotta Guardians are fine, as long as you tame one while it's a statue, before it turns to flesh. If the tame goes off while it's flesh it'll revert to a statue, and vice versa.

Plus you get to hang out with Stompy while waiting!

Just a heads up, if you kill the Mogu the two Quilin will vanish. I didn't think they would for whatever reason and had the purple skinned one in an ice block waiting to tame him. To my dismay, he vanished once I killed the Mogu.
