Should the hate crime laws be altered to include bullying ?

I don't know. When ever I see things that are classed as Hate crimes I see things worse than most acts of bullying. I've been bullyed all my life but I don't know.

It's an extremely touchy subject. Bullying has many meanings and while I've been bullied before(it sucked), to someone else my experience may not be much of bullying. So it's got a variety of definitions and varies from situation to situation.
