Wasn't there supposed to be a Glyph of Greater Proportion?

I thought it was going to be introduced in MoP because I swear I remember reading about it some were. Is there any chance of it? I want bigger pets!

I think they turned out just keeping it as Glyph of Lesser Proportion.
Kind of a let-down but only because said glyph barely does anything to the pet's size. :<

I don't recall that at all. I know we wished they would but I've not seen anything official about it.

As Neilaren said, it was changed to the Lesser Proportion instead. The original glyph was Greater but I believe they decided for a number of reasons that larger pets would have some issues, especially towards other players.

I think blizzard could make a glyph of greater proportion and have the effect temporarily turn off while in combat so that large pets don't obscure your targeting.

I already feel guilty calling a Stampede when I'm in a group! Makes the area total chaos for a minute! My guildie just told me that I have to have Growl turned off on every pet or they will steal aggro during Stampede, but that's a bit of a pain since I'm usually questing and need Growl turned on.
I pulled all my biggest pets out of my stable for a laugh, it's funny to see a huge Stampede with Cheebee, Chromaggus, sithilid tank, Bloodtooth, and a chimera!

I usually just keep a stack of Kibler's bits on me nowadays when I want to be a pain with the large pets. 8)
Tangent... I really miss my large wasp, honestly.
Melee in my guild would whine about her back in Wrath when we raided Naxx. I always told them to tab target or show nameplates. She had a fan club due to size and her tendency to do the idle animation and clean herself so often.
NOWADAYS tab target is terrible and broken and awful and always goes out of its way to select the wrong thing, so I can emphasize a bit, but still. Why'd they have to shrink my Mindy!? :/

I don't remember it being a Glyph of Greater Proportion. I have complained about it on the official message board. That and Kibler's Bits only lasting a mere 5 minutes. I hate not having there being 1 for Greater Proportion.

From the March 9th PTR 13750 build notes:
Glyph of Mend Pet is now Glyph of Greater Proportion, which increases the size of the pet slightly.
Now for those who test the PTR regularly, build 13750 wasn't pushed until earlier today, so the changes listed for 13750 weren't available till now. Depending upon which side of the fence you're on, the aforementioned glyph is now Lesser Proportion, which makes your pets smaller, instead of bigger. While it is possible this is a new glyph in addition to the Greater one mentioned before, the Lesser one has taken up the the Mend pet location in the glyph menu. Checking the Inscription trainer for all possible glyphs does not (currently) show a Greater Proportion glyph waiting to be taught.
