Hee! Got my dragons! I wish the Cloud Serpent riding was account wide. I want my monk to ride it.

Indeed. I don't see why they can't make it account wide.

I think they want to keep it restricted to one character to show that you really made the effort to get it on THAT character. They could always possibly change it later, but for now I think they want to keep it that way so that we don;t have a repeat of the celestial steed, where suddenly EVERYONE has one, everyone uses them, then people get bored of them because everyone has one already.

Of course, this is all off the top of my head, I could very easily be wrong. ^^

Most everyone I know has one, yes. I don't get bored cause other people have them. I made the effort to get them so I feel I should be able to use them on all my toons but that's just me.

Eh, there's still plenty of people that don't have them. Like the people who take their time. Like me. *Isn't even 90 yet* :3

I was saying that in response to Aeric though, most everyone will have it...like the horde/alliance faction mounts.

well, I don't have one, but my highest toon is barely 89.
that said, it's a pretty mount, but I honestly prefer my Imperial Quilen.

sorry, I didn't meant that to sound like a dig at the cloud serpent mount or anything, only that maybe not "everyone" wants this mount or will be in a rush to get it.

I probably WILL at some point have it, as the grind to gain rep, etc, to get the mount will be an obvious part of continued play at level 90. But speaking only for myself, and my own taste in mounts, I'm not in a rush.

The dailies are enjoyable to do. Not all will like them, of course. I just still wish my baby monk could use hers.

Still a little sad my jade serpent won't get much usage on my druid, since for convenience's sake I often just hit flight form out of reflex than anything else. One of the reasons I wish this were unlocked to other characters upon obtaining it. Guess I just gotta wait till they patch in "accelerated rep gains for alts" before I can ride him on my hunter...

I do that on Jetfyre too. XD It's just faster. But I've been trying to make use of my mounts more.

Grats mate! I only got mine today as well - was busy leveling my main (Soph - priest) and then my Death Knight who is a Blacksmith to make the Chest/Gloves for all the raiders in the guild. Needless to say, I am OVER farming for motes of harmony O.o

But I finished it up this morning to bring my mount count up to 154. They are a gorgeous mount, I was worried they would be too much like the Heart of the Aspects (not a huge fan of them I'm afraid). But I like them.

Congrates again - definitely a grind.

It's worth the grind and rather fun. :3 I just wish my alts could use them.
