The initial notes for patch 3.3.5 are available on Blizzard's PTR forum, although the PTR itself doesn't seem to be up yet. At the moment, changes seem to be limited to the Ruby Sanctum and some chat changes associated with Real ID.

Check http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/threa ... 4442&sid=1 for the full notes, such as they are.

I don't think we'll be getting a ton out of this patch.

Initial reports from the PTR -- which is having a hell of a time staying up -- is that 3.3.5 includes what appears to be the beginning of some sort of pre-Cataclysm event with the Twilight's Hammer. The Wowhead blog has a tiny bit about it here: http://www.wowhead.com/blog=155943.

I got the ptr downloaded on my sweet laptop and I'm ready to get my claws dirty.

Edit: No new models, but they have Ruby Sanctum set up to start raiding tests.

Chat changes sound neat. I'm just wondering if it'll be possible to hide our battle.net account name (e-mail adress)...

It hides your account and email, but they have to have your email to add to friends.

I believe these events are scheduled for the final pre-Catacylsm patch (3.9 if I am not mistaken), so we've got a while to wait yet unfortunately :(
