I received my 10th sky shard last nght and took down Alani tonight. Was a quick kill, brought along some guildies for protection. Too bad I can't use it for another 16 days..
Also 4 achievments away from the Crimson cloud serpent from heroics achievments.
Its been 4 hours and she still hasn't respawned.

Congrats!
I hope you enjoy her. I haven't seen a Skyshard drop at all. xD Hopefully my mage will have better luck than my hunter.

Grats! I've only seen 1 shard and hubby won it. That's ok though. I have about 40 something more mounts than him so I will be happy for him if he finally gets something before me. He's military so deployments put a hurt on his farming time.

She was actually quite easy, But I was in all epics so idk. Didn't have any special attacks except a fire breath but that was all.
and thanks, I farmed for a long while for shards kinda disappointed you need August Celestials Exalted to use the mount though.
