Downed her about 10min ago on Thorium Brotherhood!
Sadly, I can't post any screenshots of her as my mount. I'm not yet exaulted with August Celestials (lame) but I'll get some screenshots I do have of her and the fight... if I took any xD I was nervous.

Yeah, she was very easy.
I just MD'd my Loque who was in his tank spec, blew stampede and fired away.
She went down without Louqe dropping below 70%
I'd say easily doable
