Migth be odd... Pet choice help?

Ok. I've started to level up my new main, Tratzul, (after my account was hacked last night, and all my 3 chars were deleted ;.; ). Got it back, however. ^.^'

She's level 6, but I'm stuck as to ideas for her pets. I kind of have a theme set out, of any pets with black, gray/grey, or white skins. {Diet: Meat, or Fish, still not decided on}

...and I only have the boar as a possible Tenacity tamed pet, I love wolves too.. but with everyone having them... <.<' .

Also, not with this question jut that I was wondering something; if a party member has his/her PvP flag up (on a PvE realm of course), or if that party member is attacked: will the party be also flagged for PvP as well?

What race are you? and to your second question, no. As long as you do not heal, buff, or help them in ANY way, you will stay neutral. Least thats how it works on a PvP realm in friendly territory. It should work the same on a PvE server.

Here are some pets with your desired color schemes (excluding wolves which you seemed "meh" about):

Ressan the Needler - lvl 11 rare in Tirisfal Glades
Image

Ice Claw Bear - Dun Morogh
Image

Mangeclaw (lvl 11) & Bjarn (lvl 12 rare) - Dun Morogh
Image

Echeyakee (lvl 16 spawned) - The Barrens
Image

Humar the Pridelord (lvl 23 rare elite) - The Barrens
Image

Ghost Saber (lvl 19-20 spawned) - Darkshore, may be gone/retired in Cata?
Image

Lady Sathrah (lvl 12) - Teldrassil
Image

Grey Plainstrider (Mulgore and Barrens)
Image

White Plainstrider (Mulgore and Barrens)
Image

White Turtle (Ghostlands)
Image

Black Windserpent (19 elite, Wailing Caverns)
Image

And no, I don't believe that having a PvP-flagged member of your party will automatically flag everyone else. The individual player must participate in a PvP action, such as buffing/healing/rezzing the flagged member, going out and physically attacking another player of the opposing faction, or manually using the /pvp command.

They are tamable at low lvls. You can get one yourself, but its a pain.

Timber... I love Timber the wolf in Dun Morgh. If I remember correctly, it's the only true white wolf out there.

At that lvl he is the only "true" white wolf you can tame. And he is fun to tame to boot.

I remember camping for hours for him. I once got a gnome mage to basically play the role of bait for the two guards while I tamed timber. Good times. Good Times.

Timber, Lupos, and Death Howl are all white wolves, and for a non-tame you have Frostwolves from AV, so long as you aren't horde.

That being said, if you like wolves then use wolves. I am not a flavor of the month person AT ALL, and I have had my wolf since 05. I haven't stopped using Lucretia just because everyone else is using a wolf. Use what you want to use, and don't worry to much about everyone else having something similar.

I could of swore the AV wolves were neutral to horde.

*Scratches his chin* Possibly. Like the Alterac Rams, maybe? It's been literally four years since I did an AV on my horde.

Forgot to mention that, as Talonsan said. Tratzul is a female Troll.

About wolves: I might tame one, but it's just that everyone else has a wolf nowadays... @.@

Don't forget the Teldrassil owls, which are white and grey, and quite lovely. Heck of a run to tame one for a Hordie, though.

Well, since your in Durotar, there are Crocolisks you can tame once you are able to tame. They are by the river on the border of Durotar and the Barrens.

I just tamed a scorpid, one of the clattering ones just now. I know it's beige, on Petopia, but I like it. I could always try to tame Ressan next, but what about a ferocity? One of the black raptors?

Those little scorps are under appreciated. I'd never given them a second thought until Mania expounded on their finer points. I don't have one of a permanent basis, but have had a few and always enjoyed them. I'm glad you like your scorp. :D

They are. As they constantly remind me when I AoE.

"Y DUZ IT GIEV US DA PAINZ? /NOMFASE"

Speaking of wolves, this skin isn't used often, and kinda fits the white/gray theme...

Aw, nobody's mentioned these lovely puppies? They're not too low-level, both can pretty much be obtained by level 30-ish.

Ok. Tratzul is level 14 now, and is in Tirisfal. I'll try to see if Ressan is awake, if not, I'll tame a wolf from Deathknell.

...And a few minutes later, from searching in the rain, I got Ressan. :3

Named Hazevine now.

He usually is. His spawn time is fairly low I'm certain, and he has a nice secluded home.

I've never gone in search of him to be met with failure. He's so far back in that corner I don't think most people even know he exists. :)
