So I am flying through Valley Of The Four Winds and notice something odd with a group of flying Cliff Kites, and when I get closer to them I find this.

looks like you are somehow seeing another pack of birds that should be phased or something

Its either a phasing issue or simple blizzard got carried away with coping the creature model.

It's not the first time I've seen something similar to this happen. Sometime in Wrath, the bears at the river in Grizzly Hills decided to multiply rapidly on the PTR. Each spawn point must've had at least five bears at once. XD

And who can forget the parade of Kirix on the 4.2 PTR? .... I went looking for the thread, but couldn't find it, unfortunately.
But there was a 7 Kirix swarm running around for a while.
