I really am looking for tiny hunter pets like the seagull pet and porcupine. I want at least a full 5 so I can have a mob of critters attacking something when I use stampede. If anyone knows off the top of their head any smallish almost pet-battle like hunter pets, that'd be cool.

The ravens in Kun-Lai, especially if you use Glyph Of Lesser Proportion. Also the plaguehound models tend to stay quite small, especially Bayne.

I really wish my Rune Hounds were bigger. I like their wild size and then they shrink to such tiny little pups. ; ;

Silkworms are pretty small, wiggle around, and would just be fun to throw at people/monsters. I mean, who would picture a plump bodied little wiggle-worm like that as a vicious man-eater? Also, tiny burrowing feets!

Aren't the foxes and monkeys on the small side? The crabs have a very low profile. The thin-legged spiders are pretty small other than their legs.

Ravens and seagulls also work really well, they lack any 'scary beasty' factor and are small :3

Foxes are actually quite large O_o It's kind of terrifying and I wish they'd shrink a smidge XD But they are cuddley!

Although it's not as small as it used to be, aren't the beetles from Naxx still smaller than most beetles? Monkeys are definitely on the small side (not even as tall as a goblin unless they stand on their hind legs).

The spiny spiders like Maexxna shrink to a dog-like size when tamed.

Thanks a lot for the help guys, but also does anyone know if there is something that shows like tamed pets next to a hunter? For like a references sheet type thing.

You can search through the variety of show and tell threads, and pet challenge threads to see screenshots of hunters with their tamed pets.

There is my Worgen hunter, Markaret, with her hunter pet and battle pet ravens, Pickin and Grinn. With the Glyph Of Lesser Proportion, you can't tell the two apart.

Shale spiders are pretty tiny

Why hasn't anyone said Porcupines yet? They are tiny too!

Because they were mentioned in the first post.

Caterpillars are on the small side, as are the non-armored Pandaria water striders, but those are exotics.

Does Glyph of Lesser Proportion affect stampede pets too?

Really liking this community, you guys are really friendly and helpful! I think I might just stick around. Also pertaining to the topic here, heading over to get a mastiff, Not sure how big those are compared to a dwarf so just gonna tame random things I think are tiny until then, right now I have a raven, seagull, porcupine, and chibee the silkworm goliath.

Rankbite Ancient turtles shrink pretty small when tamed, smaller than any other turtle I can think of.

Mastiffs are pretty beefy. Definitely not a 'small' pet. I love the way they look at full size, but I wouldn't call them a 'small' pet! The demon dogs stay tiny, though.



My goblin with Rowdy, her hound. Goblins =/= Dwarves, but you can get a feel for the size.

Bayne's smaller then other hounds? I didn't know pets that pets could be smaller/bigger then it's family counterparts, with the two exceptions, naxxramas beetle and chibbee

You're right. Bayne, when tamed, will be the same size as any other demon dog (unless you have the glyph of lesser proportion).
