Well, With 5.1 out, I have finally found the Sibling to My Lovely (and well known) Sunset.
So, Meet Sunset's sister, Sunrise:

Now, all they need is their Brother, Sunhigh.
But, I have yet to find a skin I truly like for him.

Any suggestions?

If I were to pick one, following your wind serpent colour theme, I'd say Sunhigh would be either:
