Does Delenn have a surname ?

I think it´s Sheridan after she marriges John but does she have a surname before that?

Only minbari i can recall seing a surname on is Shal Mayan - the Minbari poet and writer of Ti'Lar, including "In the Light of Two Moons

so that made me wonder... does Minbari have surnames?

Most intersted in Delenn but maybe you know

To the best of my knowledge, no, they do not, only titles (like Delenn's "Satai"). Admittedly it's been a few years since I last watched it though. Amazing series!

I love the part where Vir finally has had enough and casually collects the ceremonial sword from Londo's quarters...

Reason behind my question is that my enchanter is named Delenn and wanted a surname for her


Was wondering to name her Delenn Sheridan, but thats to me is a bit boring


Other possibilities with surnames are

Delenn Mindwalker (Though Delenn is not a telepath so )

Delenn Whitestar (The name of the ship which was the first of the Minbari/Vorlon type ship)



and then im dry out of options...

Haha, yeah we have the full series on dvd here too, and the movies, Legend of the Rangers, Crusade, and the Lost Tales too. We might be slight fans...

While B5 Delenn is not a telepath, there were telepaths among the minbari, it just wasn't a very common trait. I'm not enough of a fan to be able to quote references however, sorry.

yeah i know there are telepaths among the minbari. We meet them in the shadowwar - and in the episodes where Bester comes to visit.

But not sure if i like Delenn Mindwalker as a name for my enchanter..... might go with Delenn The'one'who'is or something else.. not desided yet

Hey I gotta ask: I was shopping for the whole series on DVD and there were a lot of complaints on Amazon that there was a mistake in the disks (disk 2 was in fact a repeat of disk 4, despite having the correct printing on it), and that the company was really bad about replacements.

Have either of you had issues with the series?

I'd REALLY like to order it to give myself something to watch over the next few weeks while I recuperate from surgery.

sure u can ask hehe thats what we are here for but i Had no issue with mine - but then again i bought one for the full price of 5000 dkr (670,21 euro) back when it came out and i bought it from a RL store.




could still use you guys suggestions on what surname to give a MMORPG char named Delenn. Everquest let me put my own surname - as long as its not to rude - so open for suggestions
