I finally got stampede today, but I had one quick question. In this case, my question involves the Oil-stained Wolf and Stampede. If the wolf dies, does it still retain its "buff"? I've read one or two posts from users claiming the use of stampede caused them to lose the wolf.

I think it depends on whether the pet dies during the stampede. If it dies, it needs to be revived and therefore, you lose the buff. If it doesn't, it's safe.

find the pet in the wild and kill it.

If on its death it loses the effect, then after tame and it dies at some point yes it will lose the effect.

But in the wild if its killed, and in death its corpse still has the effect, the effect is perm
