Shulret, my Tallstrider hatchling, ran of after another of the Ornery Tallstriders in the Barrens. While Tasruh, a Savanna Huntress, decided to rejoin her pride, as I ran into Crossroads.

So here I sit, at Crossroads inn, wondering what pet to ask for companionship/aid next, that hopefully won't mind following a young Tauren around. They chose to leave my side, even when I was taking care of them... guess the wild still lives on in them.

Shulret is the starting purple Tallstrider.

How did they run off? I didn't think that was possible any more. The loyalty thing was removed long ago and I haven't even fed one of mine in ages.

Some pets that would look awesome with Tauren

-Worg; try the rare bi colour worg from Elwynn Forest.
-Wolf; The barking Prairie Wolves of Mulgore can be a fun companion.
-A Moth from Azuremist or Bloodmist can complete a Tauren!
-The cunning Fox can be a worthy spirit guide. Tame Ashtail the sly from Dun Morogh!
-Seek wisdom from an Eagle or an Owl. Depending if you are a morning or a night Tauren XD
-But if you prefer a darker totemic guide; try a Wind Serpent or a Hyena XD
