Seems like it's possible to be invited to join an LFR that recently ended
I waited about 15 minutes for a que to pop, and when it did, I entered the raid... and I see the two bosses at the end of Mogushan Vaults on the floor.
Wait what?
Did I just enter a raid AFTER the LAST BOSS was killed?
Indeed, I had.
So I leave the instance, thinking it's just an annoying thing-- 30 minute dungeon deserter debuff.

I've never seen that happen. I bet it was just an isolated incident.

I'm hoping so... like a last second addition to a boss fight that ended as I was loading...

That is an issue with LFD queues that has already been reported (at least once, by me). I was once in a Gundrak group that got a missing DPS just after the last boss died. I think it happens when the group queues up before the boss dies, you get assigned during the boss fight but accept just after it ends.

Well there is a simple solution. Don't start Boss fights with less than a full group. Of course trying to be sensible and logical in a LFD or LFR group is usually futile.
