I logged off where Sulik'shor spawns, a rarespawn Mogu that drops that reusable elixer flask item, and after having logged off, I cleared my cache.
Today, when I logged in, his corpse was on the ground (although it looked like a pile of meat. Is there some item that does that? o-o), and NPC scan didn't go off... instead, I got this message

There is a knife from half hill that lets you do that to a corpse. Not sure if that is what made NPC scan mess up though. How odd.

DK corpse explosion also has that same graphical effect.

I got that when I logged in with one of the Mogu rares, only there was no corpse, it just cached him somehow, saying he was tamed. It was odd, and I wish I knew what the cause was.
