WoW Petopia Community

I've been running into lots of rare elite mobs on the Isle. I'm not sure how strong these guys are, but I managed to get one down for now.

I seen tamable none great ones. So maybe we will get it as a rare .

I found that screenshot funny The poor thing is trying to hide itself from you, it feels like it came out too early and is now "Omg! They were not supposed to see me without a name!!" /hides in panic /fails

There aren't any other blue glowing turtles that use the epic model, are there? Maybe it's intended to be the one that does. In which case it might be intended to look as it is.

There are, Great Dragon Turtles is what I believe they are called?

This damn guy...
He's just rubbing his pet right into my face. "Ooh, look what I have tamed! Ooh, did you want to tame Pterrorwings? Tee-hee!" And then proceeds to own my face when I shoot him. (This mob basically behaves like a hunter pet for this NPC.)

What buff does he have on?

I think it was called "Spirit Bond" and it increased his damage while the pet is alive. I'll go back to him to make sure.

Considering that turtle is at level 90, and all the others are level 92 that I can see, I can almost guarantee the turtle's meant to be tamed. At least that's my view on it! Now we just need to pray that, indeed, we'll be getting a new skin on that. Whatever nwe skin it happens to be.

What I don't understand about that turtle is why his butt is sticking out.

He knows you can't stop looking.

the rare turtle is now called goda and is a 92 rare elite. so sadly probably wont be a new tamable rare.

I think Goda was found in that form before; maybe the other turtle was just a placeholder for him.

Why you must be so mean Blizzard? I was so hyped about Pterrorwings when I first saw them.
