We all have our own reasons of why and how we play WoW. I'm not a raider anymore. I play mostly solo just because my RL is pretty busy, and that's all I can manage with my schedule. I LOVE hunting and taming rare pets. We've all spent hours trying to get certain ones, and it's an awesome sense of accomplishment when you finally do. It's one of the things I love most about Hunters and why I have several of them, and hardly any other class.

Most of the Hunters I know have more than one Hunter, we love the class so much. With all the new gorgeous tamable rares in the game, along with the great Hunter Track & Tame beasties they've given us in Pandaria, why not make the Hunter Stable akin to the Mount/Battle Pet stables, and account-wide? 25 slots isn't anywhere close to being enough. And the more awesome pets they put in, the crueler it gets for Hunters who want to adopt more pets. Ghostcrawler can deny it all he wants, but Blizzard has turned some of us into crazy cat ladies who hoard. And why not? Blizzard has done an amazing thing for Hunters by adding so many.

How many times do I need to tame Loque once I've tamed him? And I certainly don't want to abandon Skoll to make room for another beauty that needs adoption, because I love him, he needs a good home, and I put in a lot of time and effort into taming him. And yes, as a matter of fact, I DO need all the Spirit Beasts, because I LIKE them.

It seems if Blizz made this change, it would be a giant win/win for everyone. They could put a cap on it like they do the mounts, battlepets (big number), and we could collect (almost) all we want, be able to change to anyone we wanted on the fly whenever the situation arose for a particular utility, not be limited to 5 slots (which is already a portable barn more than a kennel...), and have to visit the Stable Master less, if ever. Now that they've incorporated Battle Pets into the Stable Master, every class uses those NPCs now, so they'll still have a purpose.

Sounds like too much work for Blizzard on a single class. Also, I feel like the idea will discourage me from having multiple hunter alts. I have 6, but I don't mind that at all. I do see where you're coming from, though.

I consider each pet to be a life-long friend to my hunter, with personalities, quirks, and stories to call their own. It wouldn't seem right to collect and store them like I would trading cards. Just my opinion.

I'm gonna have to agree with the others. :/ Too much work and it's considered class favoritism. We need to remember it's not World of Huntercraft or World of Hunters. I tame different pets on each hunter. I dont want them to have pets for a different hunter.

The main problem with account-wide hunter pets would be them being a single class's feature. If WoW was a skill-based system where anyone could take up "animal handling" or something, maybe then it would happen, but so far even class mounts aren't account-wide.

Also, how many stable slots would we then have? Unlimited like mounts? Some astronomically high number as with companions? That might be too much in Blizzard's minds. They want us to have to choose, and damn if they don't give us a lot of choice.
