Hey, I'm really interested in making signatures, and I have photoshop elements, but theres a few things I don't know.
Where do I get good quality backgrounds for the sigs?
How do I take the model out of WMV and put it into a sig? (how do i save it as a pic)
Where is a site where I can get pre- cut out images of characters, logos, etc. (theres a name for these images i just forgot)
Where do you guys get such high-quality fonts, and make them look so good? such as the front page of Ashaine's sig shop.

I usually take my own screenshots on WoW for my signatures.
You go to file and save it as sized screenshot. I usually put a bright background on my models so I can use magic wand to cut it out manually. (If there is a way to save it transparently, I have yet to know.)

I get mine at Dafont.com. But there are many good font websites out there. I just prefer this one because it is free.
