For this exercise, I chose the red Direhorn. The reason why is pretty self explanatory.

Alliance races first because PTR gave me the option to switch race. When I can switch faction, I will do horde.

I chose this angle so you can see a little of the body as well. If you look straight on, all you see is FACE.

Thanks for the size references! Very cool! You certainly made me laugh with the gnomes (The male gnome has a matching hairstyle with the direhorn, ha!).

But looking at the size of the direhorn compared to the male draenei...just so tiny. Some pets I expect to be tiny, but this just isn't one of them. I'm gunna feel really sorry for the tauren.

We did! Based on their names, all the tameable ones (that aren't level 91) are babies.

Exactly what I was going to say. You don't tame the adults, you tame the young ones. The sizes look okay to me.

I'd be okay with that explanation if the adults were much bigger when tamed in the next expansion.

My Orc feels neglected, I would post a pick of her with a red one she has but the site yells at me anytime I try to post pics.

Is it just me, or does the female human one seem bigger than the rest?

I'm not complaining, as my hunter is female human, but still. xD

I will upload all the horde as soon as the PTR gives me the option to change faction

I think a few look bigger than others. I tried very hard to keep the same distance and angle as possible but I think some didn't quite work that way, especially since I was only eye balling it. That being said, I wouldn't compare sizes against other races. I would just compare the direhorn against the race it is pictured with. The male dranei looks bigger to me than the rest for some reason.

My guess is that it has to do with the size portrayal of T-Rex and Triceratops in pop culture.

This sounds like a very reasonable guess to me. Putting the devilsaurs next to the dire horns, they seem correctly proportioned.

Saving the best for last, Horde has been uploaded so you can see how a Direhorn sizes against your preferred Horde race.

I feel really bad for the tauren lol....they're just so damn tiny!

Not a lot of new additions and/or changes this patch though. I was hoping for a few new models or tames.

dsbfdbdnjfkdns can someone confirm that? If they're bigger now OMG YES.

I think what they need to add is some dynamic scaling, similar to how mounts scale a certain amount. Set a min/max for each beast, and let it adjust based on hunter's race.
