well after what seemed to be an eternity(8 to be exact) im hanging up my bow.....i just wanted to say goodbye to the petopia community and thank you for all the great information over the years! my stables wouldnt be as bountiful (hydra, slime, flaming boar, purple mist dead bear, blue mist ghost bird, knife in the head ghost wolf, MoP model tiger with chain around its neck....and a bunch of rare tames) if it wasnt for your team....

Is it just me or does this seem like a thinly disguised attempt at advertising an account for sale? The name was never seen on these forums before but now it suddenly appears and claims to be a long time viewer?

It could, but no evidence can accurately support that because the forums get a lot of lurkers that suddenly come out of hiding for one thing or another. While i personally would advise anyone to not but other peoples accounts just as good sense rather then this topic in particular, i hope you, Mat, have a great life outside of the game and that everything you do in the years to come are successful for the better

I kinda agree with that one. I'll see what Wain makes of it as account selling is against ToS and we don't support it.

How about wishing Mat well, but having a forum mod remove his email address from the message?
it DOES break Blizzard's EULA and it isn't right to allow this forum to serve as a potential platform for the selling of accounts.

The user COULD have been a lurker, but he created his account the same day he posted his account-selling message. So in my opinion, nothing but a cleverly disguised attempt to sell a WoW account.

If he's being genuine, I do wish him well on his way. Otherwise....well.....
