I did a search and the only thing that came up was a general click thread from a year ago. I didn't want to bump that seeing as it was a mash of DC, MS, ToD, and more.

Anyone else from Petopia on Tale of Dragons? I just recently joined up to have yet another adoptable site to waste hours of my time one. There's a Valentine event going on right now where you can create and send cards to other members. If anyone wants I can make a card and send it to you!

Basic Info: You collect dragons from your own personal cave. They grow by getting clicks. You can buy "food" and feed them to give them 5 clicks per food. You gain currency by clicking other dragons. You can also buy dragons from a shop that are exclusive to the shop as well as potions that can turn your dragons into their "alt" color variation.

Does anyone know a little more detail on how exactly the cave works? From what I can tell it loads new eggs every :00 and :30. It seems to load a random set for you and doesn't change until the designated times. I could be wrong, but I know when I see an uncommon egg it tends to keep popping up over and over, same with rares.

That's nice considering your not fighting for rare eggs like in dragon cave. I might give it a try! I love the dragon shop and I know i'll be buying potions! Trying to breed dragons to get their alt sometimes sucks. :c

Also.. how in the world did you get yours to grow so fast? Did you spam feed them apples? I thought about that myself, but didn't want to "cheapen" (which is funny because it'd cost a decent penny) it by forcing them to grow. Although the community for ToD seems small, so getting clicks takes a bit. I guess overall it is still faster than the 6 day wait on DC.

I clicked a lot dragons, bought two dragons and some eggs that where hatching. And I bought a lot of apples! I don't think it cheapens it at all. The site itself is like its own hatchery! Its wonderful!

Also I was a noob and couldn't figure out how to make my card more pretty. D: I suck at that.

So apparently the wiki is wrong. You DO have to compete with people for the eggs. Just found that out when I tried to get a Twilight Dragon egg I saw only to get some weird message I couldn't find any information on. I posted on the forums asking about it and then realized that the FAQ on the forums and the FAQ on the wiki are different. Wiki states the cave is only displayed to you, which is wrong. Anyone can grab the eggs there so you are competing for them. Wasn't exactly impressed with the reply I got, either. Meh.

You can name your dragons when their eggs or at any time.

If you guys need help wit h some dragons I can gift a couple for you. They work by clicks but you can feed them put use yarolds which is a click site. Eggs don't get sick at all. I'm thinking about making a new thread but with general infor about this game so more ppl can join.

no, they cant die from anything. the person wanted this to be different from dc

So I bought some food and hatched 2 of my eggs. Felt a bit like cheating, though :/

It would be nice to have a thread where each of us would have one post with lair link and dragons that need clicks (editable, of course). This way we could do a daily click-a-petopian round more easily
