Trample tool tip?

I have been trying to find info on this for awhile. I love my goat and would hate to never use him because of trample. Here is how the tool tip about trample is worded and I am praying its a typo. "Your goat tramples the enemy, kicking up an obscuring cloud of dust, causing all enemies within 10 yards to have their spell cast speed increased by 50% (25% on player targets) for 30 sec."
Anyone have any ideas or thoughts on this?

Enemies take longer to cast, is what it's saying.

Horrible wording. I avoided using goats for the longest time because I actually thought I was buffing the enemy lol.

Yeah, the wording on that one is REALLY awkward. It generally takes me multiple readings to fully confirm that it's written accurately, just misleadingly.

Actually, I think it is technically worded incorrectly. Cast speed should imply the speed at which a spell is cast, meaning that increasing it should buff someone.
What it SHOULD say is this: "Your goat tramples the enemy, kicking up an obscuring cloud of dust, causing all enemies within 10 yards to have their spell cast TIME increased by 50% (25% on player targets) for 30 sec."
This would imply that the time in which a spell is cast is increased, making the enemy take longer to cast.
