Hi, first time on these forums. In my spare time lately I've been finding transmog sets for my dk to work on. Currently working on rounding out the first set, Glorious Legplates are a pain. In general, I'm aiming for somewhat skimpy but still awesome with each set. Really just looking for feedback suggestions on these sets, weapon suggestions usable by a dk would be especially appreciated.

Theme: Dressed as a Paladin as a dk. Another weapon option is Blade of Titans, but beyond that I haven't found any that fit well.

Theme: Build around Bloodscale Legguards. The rest of the set is pretty lackluster, tried to fill it in with matching pieces that are cooler. Unsure of a matching 2h weapon.

Let me start by saying that this is likely my favorite set, and consequently, will likely take the longest to complete due to the rarity of the pieces. Originally based on the Lofty Chest/Cloudkeeper legging combination, there really weren't light blue/silver/gold pieces in other slots to support it without looking clunky. Theme: Color based around Lofty Chest/Cloudkeeper leggings, good looking but not overly complicated. Still looking for matching weapons.

My second favorite set. My biggest issue is a matching cloak. You can tinker with more Hyperion/Replica Lightforge pieces it still looks great. Theme: Gold and red, more "badass" looking.

Theme: Awesome looking blue/gold armor? Check. Amazing cloak and weapon to match perfectly? Check. That about sums it up.

Feedback on any of these would be appreciated, I've stared at them long enough and would like to know what other people think. Thanks!

I'm not sure how much weight my opinion holds but I truly love the second (35168085) and last (35180865) armor sets that you posted. I think the colors and coordinating pieces for both are phenomenal!

I kind of wish I had more to add but I am rather uneducated with it comes to plate gear. I know a lot of forum-goers like to utilize MogIt or other transmog addons to help find coordinating pieces. I personally like to peruse through my WoWModelViewer menu whenever I am piecing together outfit ideas for my characters. The process takes FOREVER ... but doing so allows me to really appreciate the detail and appearance of my armor and weapon choices as it would look on my character inside the game.

Thanks, I'm glad you like some if them! I'm using MogIt, but like you said, it usually leaves out a lot of the detail so the I resort to wowhead. I'm really indecisive when it comes to weapons if there isn't an obvious match, and a lot of these sets can be modified by switching out a few pieces. like more hyperion pieces in the fourth set, to match the shoulders more. But then the set is based around the Hyperion Chest and Legplates of blazing light, and those pieces don't really fit with the gold.
