Question about the Spectral Steed....

I'm working on getting the steed on my main, 107/165 commendations. My question is what level can you ride this mount at, apprentice or journeyman? I've read the wowhead comments and i'm confused. hehe Thank you everyone!

Sparkle pony can be ridden at level 20.

I'm not talking about the celestial steed, but the spectral steed from Tol Barad!

Oh that, yeah if they fixed it you should be able to ride it at 20. I have had problems with the Horde wolf from there and could only ride it at 40. If you want I will check it for you.
EDIT: I just checked and it requires Journeyman, sorry about that.

please check! I am leveling a paladin and she's level 11 and I want to use the spectral steed as her paladin mount!

I just checked and it requires Journeyman, sorry about that.
