Growl / Pet Threat Bugged?

Anyone else in Survival spec (or any of them for that matter) having trouble with their pet holding aggro? I was using a serpent with tenacity build and growl on, but it couldn't hold aggro at all, even with misdirect going on it. I'm wondering if other Hunters are having this trouble or if it's just my toon.

Where are you having this problem?
Any specific mobs/types that you are seeing this with?
Are you seeing any "Immune" messages?
Do you have any addons that can track threat to confirm whether or not your pet is actually generating any threat?
Do you use Glyph of Distracting Shot? Are you getting "Immune" messages?
This is not exactly a new issue, and I reported about this to Blizz during PTR after I saw it was still happening, but any data we can compile might be able to help us make a case to Blizz to get this fixed.
