It is so stupid that hell ever since 5.2 came out there has been nothing but bugs. Random disconnections, freezings, and other shit. Blizzard you got millions or billions of dollars. Quit being fucking greedy and hire more people to fix your fucking game already.

I for one cannot even log into the game for more than 5 minutes without being disconnected shortly after and unable to log back in.

I haven't been DC for a long long time.

Perhaps there is something wrong with your internet?

Or mods that broke in the patch?

First off, calm yourself. You don't need to have a big F storm. This isn't MMO Champion Forums.

Second, this should be in the rant thread, not pet discussion.

Third, This isn't on Blizzard's end. It's most likely on yours. I had issues with crashes too and found out it was me. I have a lot of addons so I had to turn down my settings a little. It helped a lot. Haven't crashed since. It could also be your ISP or if you play on wireless, your connection may be bad. It could be a lot of things that factor in. Point is, you need to figure out what it is, which means doing a bit of google research to see what may be causing the issue. 9/10 it's not Blizz's fault.

Only DC issues I've had lately are because some digger driver cut the cables >.>

have you tried port forwarding? blizzard goes into great detail about setting up dedicated ports for wow to run uninterrupted on.. fixed my d/c issue back in cata.. also from what you are describing sounds like maybe you should update the software and firmware on your modem and router

I only had problems recently with logging into battlegrounds. It was a few weeks ago across a lot of German servers and this was one of the few problems with connection I ever experienced that was due to some problems at Blizzard. But these problems were clearly stated on the log in screen and there was an official post in the German tech-support-forum. If you are sure the problem isn't on your end, be sure to make it public on the official forums (and be sure to check with search if someone might have experienced similar problems). No one here will ever be able to fix something.

Anyway, if ever I DC (which is very rare) I do the following:

- exit WoW, backup the folders Interface and WTF, restart WoW. If I don't get DC'd, then I'm sure it's one of my add-ons. I get the latest versions and put them back in, one by one. It's tedious but I get to find the root of the problem...

and/or

- exit WoW, turn off router, name all of the 12 Spirit Beasts, turn router back on, restart WoW. If I don't get DC'd then I know it's an ISP problem.

and/or

- check CPU and video card temperature. Heat has been notorious in slowing down FPS and DC'ing WoW in some cases.

and/or

- check if there are any file sharing events happening in the background or in the network. In my experience WoW doesn't like file sharing unless it's the one downloading a patch

i also think its on your end.i have not been haveing problem like that.abit lags here and there but i know its me and its not to bad and it goes away pretty quick.i had DC for dew days cause my intrenet was haveing issues for what ever reason.but its running fine now.

Going to chime in with the others. It sounds like your end. Did you try to get help from Blizz support and they weren't helpful? is that why you're upset?

Even IF this was Blizzard's fault... how do you think posting here will solve anything?

i havent been on every day but when i do log in im online for a few hours for LFR and ive had no disconnects.
Take a moment to check if your addons are up to date.

I'm gunna say that frustration gets the better of all of us so maybe we need to give him a little break. He wasn't having an "F Storm" he said the F word twice. Also, yes, sometimes it IS Blizzards fault. I kept getting dc'd, freezing and lagging to high hell last week. EVERYTHING on my end was fine. Settings were fine, drivers were updated and add-on's were fine. I reported it, they gave me the same BS response they give about checking that everything is ok and told me to contact them if it didn't work. Well I contacted them and told them that I'd already done everything that they suggested that I do before I even contacted them. Needless to say they finally admitted the problem was on their end especially when I told them that several other people in the zone told me they were having the same issue. Point is that sometimes it isn't always our fault and sometimes, yes, it is their fault even if Blizzard doesn't want to admit it.

Not sure why you singled mine out when everyone else said the same thing.

I get frustrated but I don't go to a random forum to post two sentences with a bunch of cussing in it. That's a F Storm, even if small.

If you read my post, I never said it was never Blizzard's fault. I said most of the time it's on our end.
